I think I have been the victim of fraud?
If you have made a booking and suspect there may be a problem Prevention of Fraud in Travel - PROFiT recommends that you:
2. Try and speak directly with the company you are travelling with or staying with, if your booking is genuine they will have a record of your booking. 3. Go on to the internet and see if there are any reviews or blogs relating to your booking that may be able to assist you. 4. If the company you have booked with is a member of a trade body such as ABTA or ATOL contact the trade body to see if they can assist. 5. Contact your bank to make them aware of the problems you are having, they may be able to assit you. |
