The remit of PROFiT only extends to matters relating to fraud, PROFiT will not comment on any other matters.
If you have a complaint about a member of PROFiT please in the first instance ensure this matter has been taken up directly with the member in question and allow them adequate time to make a formal response to you. All complaints are required to be made in writing and supporting evidence must be provided.
