Multi-million pound fraud trial collapses
A Bath property developer, his mother and two other men have all been acquitted after the collapse of a seven-week fraud trial. Shane Davies, 40, who used to live in the city but now lives at New Terrace, in Staverton, Trowbridge, has been found not guilty of all charges at Bristol Crown Court after new evidence came to light.
