Why you need to train to protect your business
As will be obvious from the email campaign economic crime is a complex and ever present threat. Without training your business is at a serious disadvantage compared with the fraudster, who only has to be lucky once, is organised, and who can bide their time and attack you when you are least expecting it.
In every other area of your business you will require staff to be trained so that, for example, you have competent staff in the IT, finance, or the HR team. It is therefore surprising that in the area of economic crime, which affects the financial viability of the business; organisations often leave it to chance.
