In this email we look at some key areas where fraud occurs and which are easily hidden and recommend some management checks that you can take to tighten up your processes whilst reducing the risk of fraud occurring, and if it does happen, to identify it quickly so that it can be dealt with.
When You Should Consider Key Management Checks?
Many of these checks can be carried out simply and effectively as part of your regular management routines and appraisal. We would recommend that every month, as a minimum, the processes described below are carried out unless otherwise stated.
